Revocation instruction

Revocation right

Provided that you act as consumers, you can revoke your contract explanation without detail of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by return of the product within a month. We transmit this revocation instruction to you separately in text form again. The period starts at the day after you have received the product and the revocation instruction in text form. For the preservation of the revocation period the punctual despatch of the revocation or the product suffices.

Revocation consequences

In the case of an effective revocation the performances received on both sides have to be granted and uses (e.g. interest) drawn if necessary to be returned back. If you can not or only in deteriorated condition completely or partly grant back us the product, you must provide us a value substitute in this respect if necessary. This is not allowed if like you the deterioration of the product exclusively on the examination, would have been possible in the retail shop or the taking into use of the product as agreed has to be led back for you -- approximately.

Package dispatch capable things have to be returned on our risk. Not package dispatch capable things are collected from you. You have the costs to and carry return, if these ordered this one delivered goods this one corresponds and if the price of the thing to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not produced the payment or a partial payment agreed on by contract at a higher price of the thing at the time of the revocation yet.
Obligations to the refund of payments must fulfil you after despatch of your revocation explanation within 30 days.

Time of the contract end:
You hand in an obligatory order of the goods contained in the shopping basket by selecting the badge send order. The confirmation of the receipt of the order immediately follows the order after mailing. Delivery:

Payment:
In principle, the ordered articles are only after a complete in-payment (cash in advance), by surname or debit note sends. You have a right to free information, correction, inhibition and deletion of your stored data any time.

We do not pass your person-related data on to third parties including your house address and electronic mail address without your express and any time revokable consent. Unless of this our service partners who need the conveyance for the order handling from data (e.g. the mail order business engaged to do the delivery and the credit institution engaged to do the payment carrying out) are. In these cases the size of the transmitted data only confines itself to the required minimum, however.
